At Wishluck, our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, both before and after your purchase. Please review the following terms to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by emailing care@wishluck.in or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8595539103 with your Order ID. Once your order is canceled, we will send you a confirmation.

Return/Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, missing parts, or differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, email care@wishluck.in or contact us via +91 8595539103 ( with unboxing video ).

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a complaint.

Upon verifying the details, we will arrange a pickup from your address. 

If a product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, as Customer Satisfaction is our priority.
