Cancellation & Refund Policy
Wishluck maintains a cordial policy to make sure you have the easiest and most pleasurable shopping experience possible. Both before and after your purchase, we are always here for you. Before completing a transaction, Please read the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email or with your Order Id through Contact us Form. We will notify you once your order has been cancelled.
Return/Refund policy
Replace the product to us in its original packing along with the invoice if you have received the damaged product or the product received is different from what was ordered or if any part of the product received is missing.
In case of replacement, you need to initiate a replacement request by sending a mail to Care@Wishluck.in and providing all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of the delivery. The customer can only replace a product within 48 hours, starting from the day of its delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by us.
All replacement requests received through mail within 48 hours of the delivery along with the unboxing video shall be verified within 2 working days. After that, we will pick up the product from you in a few days only if it is determined to be qualified for a replacement. After the goods is delivered, we will give it another two days to be reviewed. Once it is confirmed that the product is undamaged and in its original packaging, your replacement request will be handled and the item will be shipped out to you right away. We apologize for any trouble this delay has caused.
